Facility / Sales/ Marketing Manager at Candor Consulting

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Estate or Facilities management or related field ;
• Great Organizational skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communicational skills
• Multitasker ; problem-solving and analytical skills; time-management skills; maintenance experience; familiarity with building upkeep, structural issues, and grounds maintenance; budgeting skills; tock management and inventory taking skills required
• Facility Management ,Sales and Marketing experience an advantage
• Relevant Experience coordinating or managing team of about 10 + people is a plus
