Environmental & Social Specialist at Habrams Energy

 Role Overview

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct fieldwork, including site assessments and environmental data collection
• Analyse environmental samples and interpret findings
• Carry out Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
• Prepare detailed technical reports
• Provide environmental management consultancy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and project success

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong proficiency in fieldwork and environmental data collection
• Knowledge of wetlands and ecological systems
• Solid foundation in Environmental Science
• Experience conducting EIAs and preparing reports
• Background in environmental consulting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a hybrid team structure
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related field
• Experience with environmental regulations and compliance is an added advantage
