Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦170,000 monthly
About the Role
Our client, a premium hospitality and lifestyle brand in Lagos, is seeking a hands-on and proactive Facility Officer to support the day-to-day maintenance and smooth operation of its facility.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically inclined, practical, and solution-driven, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve on-site issues while ensuring all systems and equipment function efficiently.
You will be responsible for maintaining the facility, supporting daily operations, coordinating repairs when necessary, and ensuring a safe, clean, and fully operational environment at all times.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is comfortable working on-site, taking initiative, and responding quickly to operational needs.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Facility Maintenance & Operations
- Conduct daily inspections of the facility (power, plumbing, equipment, and general upkeep)
- Identify and fix minor electrical, plumbing, and maintenance issues
- Monitor generator usage, fuel levels, and power supply systems
- Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, functional, and well-maintained
Repairs & Issue Resolution
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies
- Troubleshoot faults and resolve issues where possible
- Escalate complex repairs and coordinate external technicians when required
Vendor & Support Coordination
- Work with technicians and service providers for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensure vendors deliver work efficiently and meet required standards
- Support basic procurement of maintenance supplies when needed
Facility Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain simple logs of repairs, maintenance activities, and incidents
- Report recurring issues or risks to management
- Support efforts to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Operational Support
- Assist with basic setup needs for daily operations or events
- Ensure facility readiness before opening and during peak periods
- Support overall smooth running of the space

Requirements
- 1–3 years hands-on experience in facility maintenance or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting ability
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and responsiveness
- Must reside on the Lagos Mainland (Yaba proximity preferred)
