    Facility Manager - Premier Healthcare Facility - Ajah

    Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of a modern healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal facility performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance in a healthcare environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct the overall facilities management operations, including maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades
    • Lead and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
    • Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs
    • Ensure full compliance with healthcare facility regulations and safety standards
    • Collaborate with medical staff to optimize facility operations for patient care
    • Manage facility budgets and implement cost-effective solutions
    • Conduct regular facility inspections and safety audits
    • Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities and safety protocols
    • Coordinate emergency responses and facility-related crisis management

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management, preferably in healthcare settings
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and safety standards
    • Proven track record in team leadership and contractor management
    • Experience with facility maintenance systems and protocols
