Job Summary
- We are looking for a dedicated Facility Manager who will be responsible for building management
Responsibilities
- Ensure facilities are safe and well functioning.
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Visting of construction sites to ensure things are going smoothly
- Act as point of contact to tenant's for complaints & corrections
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in any related fied
- 1- 2 years working experience in related roles.
