Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated Facility Manager who will be responsible for building management

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are safe and well functioning.
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Visting of construction sites to ensure things are going smoothly
• Act as point of contact to tenant's for complaints & corrections
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in any related fied
• 1- 2 years working experience in related roles.

Job Description

• We are looking for a Secretary who will support the office in administrative and clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Attendance to customers, handling inquires and complaints.
• Receive incoming calls and redirect them when necessary.
• Perform administrative tasks, organization and keeping of files and records.
• Create various content types (videos, graphics) to promote the company brand
• Handle social media platform's

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in any relevant field of study
• 1- 2 years of experience as a secretary or similar role
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft word, Corel draw is an added advantage.
