Job Description

• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining record management system and performing basic book keeping.
• Meet and negotiate with vendors and contractors on various jobs to be carried out within premises or on company property with individuals, special interest groups and other, on behalf of executives, committees and board of directors.
• Prepare invoices, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spread sheet, database and/or presentation software as related to administrative expenses and cash flow.
• Supervise and train other clerical or administrative staff where necessary.
• Monitor and supervise contractors and their wards during operations within premises or company property.
• Maintain records of store, fuelling of cars and generator, drivers log etc.
• Ensure provision of office essentials such as paper, water, power etc are all up to date.
• Ensure all regulatory bills as regards office premises and properties are up to date.
• Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures of employees.
