We are seeking a proactive facility officer to oversee the day to day operations of our facilities management services to clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service providers, coordinating maintenance, vendors and workers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all clients facilities.
Develop and grow new client base for facility management services.
Conduct regular facility inspections and preventive maintenance.
Manage maintenance budget.
Coordinate servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc Degree in Estate Management or related field.
2-3 years proven experience as a facility officer.
Experience managing residential areas/estate and commercial buildings.
Good communication and negotiation skills .
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong knowledge of facility operations, repairs, and maintenance.
