This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos.
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing, maintaining and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the company's facilities.
This includes overseeing janitorial services, building maintenance, repairs, and improvements, monitoring project schedules and reporting on project status to management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
+10 years of experience in facility coordination, building maintenance and/or operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety and security standards/protocols and ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Effective problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and adhere to deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are a plus
