Experienced Hospital Marketing Executive at Chiron ICU & Surgical Centre

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and promote our medical services to the community and beyond.

• Drive patient traffic into our ICU & Surgical Centre.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with the medical community.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for services and products.
• Conduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
• Design and manage all aspects of our marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare marketing
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
