    Events Project Manager

    Role Summary

    • The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects across multiple event types—corporate, experiential, social, and brand activations. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the events industry, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Planning & Execution:

    • Define event scopes, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each event
    • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards

    Client & Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients throughout the event lifecycle
    • Translate client briefs into actionable plans
    • Maintain clear, professional communication and manage expectations proactively

    Vendor & Team Coordination:

    • Work closely with procurement, creative, logistics, and technical teams
    • Select and oversee third-party vendors, ensuring timely delivery and service quality
    • Supervise on-site staff and crew during event setup and execution

    Budgeting & Cost Control:

    • Develop event budgets and monitor spend vs. plan
    • Track invoices and ensure all procurement is within budget
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality

    Risk & Quality Management:

    • Identify project risks and mitigation strategies
    • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations
    • Ensure delivery standards meet both client and company expectations

    Requirements

    • Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 5 – 8 years of proven project management experience in the events or experiential marketing industry
    • Strong background in planning, budgeting, vendor management, and on-ground execution
    • Excellent multitasking, negotiation, and leadership skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
    • PMP or similar certification is an added advantage

    Key Competencies:

    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • People management and coordination skills
    • Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed
