Events and Community Engagement Associate at So Fresh Neighbourhood Market

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event and Community Coordinator to join our healthy food restaurant brand.
• This role is central to our mission of promoting healthy living and engaging actively with our community.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about organizing memorable events, fostering strong community relationships, and enhancing our brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Community Management:

• Develop and maintain an interactive online platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email) for customers to connect, share experiences, and receive exclusive content and offers.
• Foster a sense of community encouraging events participation, feedback and engagement.
• Curate and provide exclusive content and offers tailored to our audience.
• Compile reports on event performance, providing insights for future improvements.

Event coordination:

• Coordinate and execute various periodic physical and virtual events like workshops, fitness events and social gatherings.
• Develop and implement customer appreciation initiatives on a periodic basis.
• Manage logistics including venue, catering, guest lists, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of events.

Marketing & Communications

• Conceptualize promotional materials and strategies for events.
• Utilize social media and other digital platforms to increase engagement and awareness of events.
• Prepare post-event reports and analysis to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in event planning, community management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent creative, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
