Responsibilities
- Marketing for lease of new or vacant property.
- Facility/Property management
- Valuation of properties
- Laising between the company and vendors
- Inspection,Market Survey, and Analysis of Asset.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc / HND in Estate Management.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a real estate firm.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
