Job Summary

• Manage all maintenance, repairs and renovation of buildings and estates.
• Meet with owners to discuss plans and general estate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing all administrative tasks like submitting insurance claims, filing legal documents and preparing invoices.
• Keep detailed records and documentation.
• Creative and intuitive thinker and problem – solver.
• Supervise all Estate employees.
• Ensure compliance to applicable codes, procedures and legislation including health and safety.
• Constant communication with estate clients.
• Clients issues resolution.
• Meet with owners to discuss plans and general estate requirements.
• Manage all maintenance, repairs and renovation of buildings and estates.

Requirements

• A minimum of OND in Real Estate or any related course.
• 3 - 5 years of proven work experience in Estate Management.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills - verbal and written
• Good Listening skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Ability to understand and deliver good customer service.
