Key Responsibilities
English Language Tutoring:

• Deliver high-quality instruction for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and GRE exam preparation
• Develop and customize teaching materials based on students' needs and learning styles
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress
• Provide constructive feedback and create improvement strategies
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and attendance

Customer Relations:

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients
• Provide comprehensive information about our services including study abroad programs, visa applications, and immigration services
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication throughout their journey
• Handle inquiries professionally through various channels (phone, email, in-person)
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and generate reports.
