    Earth-Moving Supervisor

    • Lead our team in heavy machinery operations for excavation, grading & site prep.
    • Oversee equipment, supervise operators, and ensure projects meet safety, quality & environmental standards.

    Requirements:

    • Age 35–45
    • COREN certified (HSE/PMP a plus)
    • 10+ years in road/bridge construction & 5+ years in earthmoving management
    • Strong leadership & teamwork skills
