Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in line with the curriculum (preferably Cambridge).
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic classroom environment.
• Track and assess student progress through assignments and evaluations.
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership.
• Organize co-curricular activities to promote holistic development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD or Head of School.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with Cambridge Curriculum is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• Passionate, patient, and empathetic.
