    E-commerce Marketing Manager

    About the job

    • Our client, a key player in the direct-to-consumer digital security products sector, seeks a proficient DTC E-commerce Marketing Manager. Ideal for those passionate about elevating user interfaces (UI/UX), refining product and tech support pages, and implementing successful e-commerce strategies for increased traffic and sales.
    • The role involves Shopify store management, Klaviyo optimization, and leveraging provided media assets to enhance content.

    This full-time position requires responsiveness from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • UI/UX Enhancement: To spearhead initiatives to improve the user interface and user experience on the website, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and engaging customer journey.
    • Tech Support & Product Page Development: Collaborate with the team to enhance the tech support and product pages, making them informative, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs.
    • Shopify Store Management: Oversee all aspects of the Shopify store, from layout and design to product listings and customer interactions.
    • Klaviyo Optimization: Utilize provided media assets to create compelling content in Klaviyo, enhancing email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
    • Traffic and Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales, using analytics to guide decisions and measure success.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Regularly analyze store performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in DTC marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
    • Proven track record in enhancing UI/UX for e-commerce platforms.
    • Experience with Shopify store management and optimization.
    • Proficiency in using Klaviyo for email marketing, with a knack for creating engaging content with provided assets.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive e-commerce growth.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    Success in this Role:

    • Achieve a noticeable upgrade in website UI/UX, improve tech support and product pages, and drive substantial growth in in-store traffic and sales.
