    E-Commerce Growth Manager

    Overview

    • ‎Our client is is looking for a well experienced and competent, commercially minded Sales & Business Development Manager (E-commerce & Digital Expansion) to drive online revenue growth for a premium fashion and lifestyle brand.
    • ‎The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding e-commerce channels, developing strategic digital partnerships, increasing marketplace presence, and identifying new online revenue opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of digital commerce, online marketplaces, affiliate partnerships, and international e-commerce growth strategies.
    • ‎Ultimately, you will accelerate online sales, strengthen digital partnerships, and expand the company's global e-commerce footprint.‎

    Key Responsibilities

    • ‎Develop and execute strategies to drive online revenue growth across digital sales channels.
    • ‎Build and manage strategic partnerships with affiliate marketers and digital commerce partners.
    • ‎Lead expansion into online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, and other relevant platforms.
    • ‎Identify new digital sales opportunities and commercial partnerships.
    • ‎Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
    • ‎Monitor e-commerce performance, customer behaviour, and sales analytics to improve business outcomes.
    • ‎Develop strategies to increase online customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
    • ‎Track marketplace performance and recommend initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
    • ‎Prepare regular sales performance reports and business development updates.
    • ‎Stay informed on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market developments.‎

    ‎Requirements

    • ‎Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
    • ‎Minimum of 5 years' experience in e-commerce, business development, or digital sales.
    • ‎Proven experience growing online sales within retail, fashion, consumer goods, or e-commerce businesses.
    • ‎Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms.
    • ‎Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, and online commercial growth.
    • ‎Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • ‎Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
    • ‎Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations is an advantage.

    Salary

    • N500,000 Monthly (Basic) + Benefits + Quarterly Bonuses.
