    E-Commerce Executive

    Responsibilities include:

    • Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
    • Serve as company online sales ambassador and meet departmental sales goals
    • Provide support for sales goals by helping to identify trends in sell-thru, style replenishment, product needs and best sellers, and online stock rotation
    • Make use of company websites, social media, and online marketing channels to increase sales and conversions, and to promote a business, product, or service.
    • Promote sell thru by providing each customer with multiple options
    • Observe selling ceremony and share the knowledge, in addition to product knowledge with the sales team for them to be able to give customers an amazing online experience
    • Create and keep an updated book on clients and strive to develop customer loyalty by actively engaging them
    • Cultivate customers by sending relationship and courtesy emails, reactivating customers’ membership, capturing compliance, inviting customers back to store, etc.
    • Providing online customers with product knowledge and recommendations on which products would best suit their needs
    • Arranging online merchandise in a way that will attract attention from potential customers
    • Maintaining relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with the company’s services
    • Interviewing potential clients to determine their needs and interests to make appropriate recommendations
    • Handling customer complaints regarding pricing or product quality issues
    • Providing customers with product demonstrations and samples so they can experience the product before making a purchase.

    Core Qualifications/Skills/Competencies:

    • Selling experience with a sneaker company.
    • Solid background engaging with customers with record/experience of driving sales and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong ability working in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills to effectively and clearly communicate with management, staff, and all customers.
    • Results-driven individual with the ability to work on flexible schedules.
    • Strong ability to display respect, friendship, and professionalism to customers; strong customer service skills.
    • Proficient in the use of Tablet, iPad, registers and other technologies in managing customer transactions.
    • Strong physical fitness to stand or walk around the storeroom, sales floor, and the register area for almost the whole of work time.
