The Driver Support and Experience Officer will be responsible for responding to calls and chats raised by our Gokada riders.
The individual for the role must be customer centric with high level of professionalism and also exhibit empathy and fairness while handling queries from riders to ensure they deliver topnotch services in delivery of packages to customers
Responsibilities
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of drivers' interactions correctly.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide a speedy solution.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.A / B.Sc. in any relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is a MUST
Good communication skills.
