Customer Acquisition: Prospect, identify, and onboard new clients, including individuals and corporate organizations, to open new retirement savings accounts.
Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell pension products and services, such as Micro Pension Plans, by explaining benefits and options tailored to client financial goals.
Client Education & Advice: Educate prospects on pension regulations, contribution strategies, and investment options to guide them toward informed retirement decisions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
Sales Targets & Reporting: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales activity reports to management.
Documentation & KYC: Ensure all documentation for new accounts is accurate, complete, and compliant with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to provide insights for improving sales strategies and product offerings.
Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or complaints regarding their pension plans.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field without Third class or Pass.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pension, insurance, or financial services industry.
Age Limit: not more than 32 years old
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and success in business development.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and negotiations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport easily, with a customer-centric mindset.
Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
