Mission

• You are the digital and logistical engine of our marketing efforts.
• This is a hands-on role to help execute our marketing strategy across social media, email, and partnerships.
• You will help tell our brand story, grow our community, and analyze what resonates with our audience.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of social media channels (scheduling, community engagement, monitoring trends).
• Help create and deploy email marketing campaigns.
• Support the coordination of photoshoots, events, and influencer/partner collaborations.
• Compile basic performance reports on marketing activities using analytics tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships included).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
• Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic content creation are a strong plus.
