Role Overview

• As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that generate high-quality leads and increase conversions.
• You must understand how to market professional services and turn enquiries into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Manage and optimize campaigns on:
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • Google Ads (Search & Display)
  • YouTube marketing
• Drive lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and grow engagement
• Create compelling content (posts, ads, landing pages)
• Optimize website performance (SEO & user experience)
• Track performance using analytics tools and improve ROI
• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and automation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience generating leads and sales online
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • SEO and content marketing
  • Email marketing tools
• Experience working in service-based businesses (legal, immigration, or consulting is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
