• The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence using the appropriate channels to distribute marketing content to.
• You will create and implement digital marketing strategies using various online methods to reach existing customers / TA and gain new customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Implement, monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and ads
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess it against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Monitor Social Media and Google ads Analytics
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
• Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Content creation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
