Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, visionary and results-driven Head of School to provide strategic leadership and oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving educational excellence, staff development and overall school growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective implementation of Montessori, Nigerian and British curricula.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A First Degree in Education or a First Degree in any discipline with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
• A Master degree and/or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in the education sector.
• Proven experience as a Head of School.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Montessori, Nigerian and British curricula.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of school administration, curriculum planning and quality assurance.
