Job Summary

Gowifield International School is seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate all logistics, supply chain and operational support services within the school. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient movement, storage, and utilization of resources in line with the school’s operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage logistics operations across the school.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, storage and distribution of school supplies.
• Manage transportation, fleet operations and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure effective coordination with academic and non-academic departments.
• Supervise logistics staff and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support smooth daily operations for a large workforce and school population.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of BSc/HND in any relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience working in a school environment or managing logistics for an organization with a workforce of 200+ staff.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
