We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive online traffic, and increase customer engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify target audience demographics, preferences, and trends to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
3. Plan and implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings.
4. Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content to build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and grow the follower base.
5. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing newsletters, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
6.  Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
7. Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and SEO-friendly content that aligns with the brand's voice and drives organic traffic.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to enhance campaign performance.
9. Utilize web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, and generate reports to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
10. Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring effective communication and delivery of services.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Expert or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate digital marketing strategies.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
