    Digital Marketer

    Job Summary

    • Residency Hotel is seeking a creative, result-driven, and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing the hotel’s online visibility, driving bookings, managing digital campaigns, and strengthening our brand presence across all digital platforms.
    • The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of the Nigerian digital market, social media trends, online advertising, and customer engagement strategies within the hospitality industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase hotel visibility and revenue.
    • Manage and grow the hotel’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
    • Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, captions, promotional campaigns, and advertisements.
    • Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
    • Improve online booking performance through SEO and digital conversion strategies.
    • Manage the hotel’s website updates, promotions, and online branding.
    • Respond to online inquiries, reviews, and customer feedback professionally.
    • Analyze digital campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
    • Collaborate with the operations teams to promote hotel services, events, and offers.
    • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and industry trends.
    • Build customer engagement strategies to improve brand loyalty and guest satisfaction.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
    • Strong understanding of social media management and content marketing.
    • Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing tools.
    • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is an added advantage.
    • Ability to create video content and basic video editing skills will be highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet marketing targets.
    • Must be creative, proactive, and result-oriented.
    • Knowledge of the Nigerian digital market and online consumer behavior is essential.
