Job Description

• We are seeking for a creative, results-driven, and experienced Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and content creation across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Manage the company's social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Monitor website performance and improve search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop marketing materials.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar certifications are an added advantage.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and analytics tools is required.
