About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing and Digital Marketing to join our healthcare team in Ilupeju. The ideal candidate will develop and execute both traditional and digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract new patients, and strengthen community engagement — all while maintaining the highest standards of healthcare ethics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services and wellness programs.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Create engaging digital content (blogs, videos, infographics, newsletters, etc.) for online platforms.
• Oversee website content and updates to ensure accuracy and SEO optimization.
• Execute targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive patient engagement.
• Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Coordinate public relations activities, press releases, and community health campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing communications adhere to healthcare advertising and patient confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Canva.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing ethics and compliance (HIPAA familiarity is a plus).

Salary

• N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
