Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various digital platforms.
• Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other digital channels.
• Generate high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
• Design and optimize user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) to improve website functionality and user satisfaction.
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media accounts, ensuring consistent and cohesive branding.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design to ensure innovative and effective approaches.
• Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements and Skills:

• Suitable applicants must be residents of Abuja.
• Must be between the ages of 22-40 years old.
• Must be in good health.
• Ability to work both remotely and in the office.
• Must possess a personal laptop.
• Proven experience as a content creator, with strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design, with an understanding of web design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, figma).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
