Job Purpose

•  Increase brand awareness of company Imaging Products in Nigeria
•  Explain brand Imaging Technology to Nigerian Photographer and Videographers.

Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making

• Planning monthly workshop and seminars and preparing the activity schedule.
• Checking the availability of the local brand ambassadors for the planned workshops and seminars.
• Making the necessary preparation for the workshop and seminar such as;
  • Booking the venue or studio
  • Arranging equipment’s such as light, crops
  • Arranging models and clothes (if required)
  • Planning the flow of the workshop together with the brand Ambassador
  • Sharing the details of the events (such time/venue/topic) for the Alpha Universe web site posting so that announcement of the event can happen on the Alpha Universe web site.
• Explaining brand Technology during the workshops and teaching the audience how to use the brand cameras (explanation of the Menu and shortcuts)
• Listing of all the event cost items and sharing with the local business partner for the planning of the payment.
• Sharing the report after each event and giving the update of participants  and the overall feedback about the event with improvement points

Qualifications & Experience

• University Degree
• 5  years experience in a similar role
• Well versed in camera operation and as a good eye in Photography and Videography
• Good level of product understanding and training experience is preferred
• Experience in Event management
• Work during weekend and flexible with extra hours

Key Competencies

• Photography and videography skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• Manage to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to translate direction into executable activity
• Strong planning and management skills
• Strong understanding of camera operation is a must
• Familiar with MS Office is a must
• Knows how to use Adobe Suite is a plus
