Job Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and promoting the company’s online presence across all social media platforms. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and manage content for all social media platforms.
• Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties, project sites, and company activities.
• Develop engaging content including graphics, captions, reels, and promotional videos.
• Promote real estate listings, estates, and company services online.
• Manage daily social media activities including posting, responding to inquiries, and engaging with clients.
• Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales.
• Work with the marketing team to design campaigns for property promotions and company branding.
• Maintain the company’s digital media library (photos, videos, and promotional materials).
• Track and report social media performance and audience engagement.
