Digital Fundraising & Google Ads Specialist at Sim Impacting Lives Foundation

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Fundraising & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads Grant account and lead our digital fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate is experienced in Google Ads, SEO/SEM strategies, and has a deep understanding of nonprofit marketing and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize SILF’s Google Ads Grant account to ensure compliance and performance.
• Develop compelling ad copy and campaigns to drive website traffic, donations, volunteer sign-ups, and program awareness.
• Create and execute digital fundraising strategies across channels (Google Ads, email marketing, landing pages).
• Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the programs and communications teams to align digital efforts with SILF’s mission and campaigns.
• A/B test ad variations and implement data-driven improvements.
• Provide monthly reports and strategic recommendations for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads (preferably with nonprofits or Google Ads Grant accounts).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and fundraising campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data reporting tools.
• Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and optimize for conversions.
• Familiarity with fundraising platforms and donor engagement strategies is a plus.
