Digital Design and Communication Analyst at Sterling Asset Management & Trustees Limited

JOB SUMMARY:

The role holder will be responsible for the ideation and creation of relevant graphical/text materials for internal and external content about the brand and its subsidiaries. The role holder will also manage the social media accounts of the company, support in organizing and implementing brand positioning events and product.

Job Description:

• Manage and implement all internal and external branding items and materials for marketing purposes for the company and its subsidiaries
• Ensure all product communication is aligned with the marketing strategy across all touch points and consistency in the brand messaging trend.
• Manage the various direct online and offline communications platform to ensure a consistent and professional messages is conveyed
• Ensure that all content and languages published to our social media platforms conforms to the company’s guidelines.  
• Liaise with the sales team to analyze sales data for effective brand direction and awareness
• Come up with creative motivating stimulus to get targeted population to take action
• Work with the internal stakeholder in planning developing, executing a marketing communication initiative for products and services of the company
• Develop and design outstanding marketing materials for both online and offline projects
• Assist with design work of product flyers, forms, business cards for staff, product brochures, t shirt mock ups, rollup banners etc.
• Redesign and produce high quality UI/UX designs for all the web and mobile platforms
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive social media presence for the company on all relevant social media platforms
• Identify and build relationship with bloggers, social media influencers and online commentators for proactive engagements.
• Provide feedback and insight of complaints and enquiries on the company’s social media platform

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc from a reputable institution with at least a Second class lower (2.2) degree from a recognised university in Nigeria or abroad.
• Outstanding written and oral communications skills
• Proficient in various social media applications
• Knowledge in social media strategies and best industry practices
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented
• Graphic design skills a plus
• Excellent work ethic
