Digital Content Manager (Graphics and Video Editing)
The Digital Content Executive (DCE) will compile, create and produce creative materials for the organisation.
He or she will work closely with the other employees within the content and communications team to produce campaign materials, informationals, key messages and other related creative duties.
Job Roles
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements which may include brand guidelines of partner organisations and funding organisations
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Ensure that creative materials created by partner organisations and collaborators fit to MANI’s brand guidelines
Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design or video editing
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
Requirements:
Expertly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Application, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects Experience editing video including color grading & correction, transitions, and overlays
Must have strong understanding of video and audio formats as it relates to quality
Ability to create original, customized graphics according to requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to produce videos and other graphics required
Work closely with producer and event planners to oversee/executive live virtual events
Experience with online meeting technologies such as Zoom, Hangouts, and Skype
Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
Basic understanding and skill with the broad aspects of live video production
Manages equipment acquisition and maintenance
Attention to detail, while maintaining tight schedules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take direction, overcome challenges, and maintain a "can do" attitude
Self-motivated and organized, requiring minimal supervision
