Design Architect at HR-on-Wheels

Design Architects will be responsible for developing and refining architectural concepts and designs that align with client requirements and company standards. This role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs from initial concept through final design.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval.
• Coordinate with project architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and architectural interns.

Qualification/ Experience

• Minimum of BSc/HND  in Architecture.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
