Deputy Head of Operations (Deputy HOO) at Tyllium Nigeria Limited

About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Deputy Head of Operations (Deputy HOO) to support and enhance our operational excellence within the telecommunications sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations to manage daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Operations in planning, coordinating, and overseeing telecom operations
• Ensure efficient network operations, service delivery, and maintenance activities
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to meet KPIs and SLAs
• Lead, mentor, and supervise operational teams across departments
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and regulatory teams
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least [3] years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of telecom networks, operations, and service management
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
