Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing policies to enhance workplace culture.
• The manager will also support training programs, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives, while collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
• Experience in policy development, performance management, and training programs
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., PHRI, SPHR) is a plus
• Familiarity with HR software and data management practices
• Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness sector is an advantage
