This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing policies to enhance workplace culture.
The manager will also support training programs, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives, while collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
Experience in policy development, performance management, and training programs
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., PHRI, SPHR) is a plus
Familiarity with HR software and data management practices
Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness sector is an advantage
