Delivery Rider at Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Order delivery: Pick up food orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers at their specified address in a timely manner.
• Order accuracy: Check that the order is complete and accurate before leaving the restaurant, ensuring the correct items and quantities are delivered.
• Payment collection: Handle cash and card payments from customers upon delivery and manage related documentation.
• Customer service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and handle complaints if necessary.
• Navigation: Use navigation skills to find the most efficient routes and deliver orders on time, adjusting for traffic and weather conditions.
• Vehicle maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle (e.g., bicycle, motorcycle, car) clean and in good working order, reporting any issues to management.
• Safety and compliance: Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe delivery for themselves and the public.
• Additional tasks: Depending on the restaurant, duties may also include performing basic cleaning, assisting with restocking, or other back-of-house tasks.
