Debt Financing Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Responsibilities:
- Originate and develop new debt financing opportunities across leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, investment-grade debt, private placements, and structured credit products.
- Structure debt transactions tailored to client needs, balancing cost of capital, covenant flexibility, and market conditions.
- Lead due diligence processes, including financial modelling, credit analysis, and risk assessment for prospective borrowers.
- Prepare and present pitch books, offering memoranda, credit presentations, and rating
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation.
- 5+ years of experience in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, corporate banking, or credit-related investment banking roles.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis skills.
