As the CX / Onboarding Specialist, you will support new users through account setup, KYC completion, wallet funding, and first successful transactions.
You will help eliminate onboarding friction and provide daily insights to the Growth Lead to improve user experience.
Responsibilities
Guide users through onboarding, KYC, account setup, and first transaction
Run WhatsApp onboarding flows, follow-ups, and user check-ins
Support field onboarding during activations and community events
Identify friction points and provide immediate feedback for fixes
Track onboarding metrics and maintain documentation of resolutions
Requirements
1 – 3 years experience in customer experience, onboarding, or user support
Strong communication and step-by-step guidance ability
Experience with fintech products and Nigerian user behavior is a plus
Ability to manage multiple users simultaneously with urgency
