    Customer Support Lead

    Responsibilities

    Team Leadership:

    • Supervise the customer support team, and ensure that they are providing world class customer service.

    Customer Issue Resolution:

    • Manage escalated customer issues that require higher-level attention, ensuring complex problems are addressed and resolved efficiently.

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Analyze customer support data, provide regular reports on team performance to management.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Work with internal teams to handle escalations while ensuring minimal disruptions to customers.
