In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of best-in-class people strategies which will drive Traction forward as an employer of choice and support the organization in achieving its vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Ensure a high degree of customer activity
Build strong product expertise and provide training & ongoing support to merchants as required
Provide feedback and advocacy on customer pain points to internal teams
Manage client portfolios.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
Handle the merchant onboarding processes.
Mediate between clients and the organization.
Manage to handle and resolving of customer requests and complaints.
Minimize customer churn.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
2+ years experience as a Customer Success Analyst or other similar roles
Experience working in a fintech/tech company
Great multitasking, organization, and presentation skills.
