    Customer Service Supervisor (Female)

    Job Description

    • We are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor (female) to join our client a skincare brand.
    • The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee our customer service team, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and service.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team.
    • Ensure that customer service inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
    • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions.
    • Train new customer service representatives and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
    • Track and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Prepare reports on team performance and customer feedback for management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or similar role.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Should be available to work Monday to Saturday
