Customer Support Executive at Enchant Gifts

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and provide a seamless experience from first contact to order completion. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer requests professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email
• Guide customers through order options, customization, and delivery processes
• Handle complaints, issues, and refunds in a calm and professional manner
• Track customer conversations and ensure proper follow-ups
• Process and confirm customer orders accurately
• Collaborate with operations, production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate customer records and conversation logs
• Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and basic computer tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
