Kitchen Assistant - Lagos at Downtown Grill Nigeria

Pay: 50,000.00 (NGN) - 70,000.00 (NGN) per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday (with 2 off days per week, scheduled on rotation)

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, portioning, and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Wash, clean, and properly store kitchen utensils and equipment
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Support chefs/cooks with daily kitchen operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor

Requirements

• Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
• Work from the office 24 days a month
• Minimum qualification: SSCE
• Proficient with smartphones
• Strong communication skills
• Fast, organized, and detail oriented with a friendly, calm attitude
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
