Customer Service Representative (Male) at GUO Transport Company Limited

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Process customer requests, collections and keep updated customer records
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
• Escalate all exceptions for resolution
• Manage and track items sent on daily basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelors' Degree / HND / OND
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Applicants should reside around Lekki-Ajah Axis
