    Customer Service Representative

    • We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing top-tier service and assisting with any requests or concerns. This role requires a dynamic individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Check-in/check-out guests efficiently, ensuring all information is accurately entered into the system.
    • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, either in person, via phone, or email.
    • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
    • Resolve guest complaints or issues with a focus on delivering timely solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.
    • Process payments and ensure proper billing procedures are followed.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
    • Handle reservations and bookings, including changes or cancellations, as needed.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
    • Uphold hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls, filing, and managing guest correspondence.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotel experience is a plus).
    • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (preferred but not required).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • A team player who is dedicated to providing exceptional guest service.
    • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • A fresh graduate/ A Corps members.
